New Providence, BAHAMAS — Despite two new confirmed COVID-19 cases, Seven patients have recovered, reducing the active number of cases from 52 to 47, it was confirmed today.
The new cases are females aged 23 and 49 and are in isolation at home in New Providence. This brings the total number of confirmed cases to 80, with seven (7) confirmed cases in Grand Bahama, 64 in New Providence, one (1) in Cat Cay, and eight (8) on the island of Bimini.
According to the dashboard, there are 47 Active | 11 Deaths | 22 Recovered | 80 Confirmed | Recovery Rate 27.5% | Fatality Rate 13.8%. There are 792 people in isolation at home or quarantined at a government facility.
